Shipping
Tory Burch ships to the contiguous 48 states, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping methods offered during checkout may vary based upon the shipping address provided. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
On toryburch.com, we are able to ship orders containing fragrance only within the continental United States, via standard ground service. We cannot ship orders containing fragrance to international territories, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses.
Return
Eligible merchandise may be returned free of charge. A Returns & Exchanges form and prepaid return label is provided in every order. At this time, toryburch.com offers UPS return labels only for domestic return addresses. The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from outside the U.S. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Tory Burch reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.
