Fashionheaven.com is happy to accept returns within 7 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee). Shipping charges are never refunded if a return occurs. Fashionheaven is not responsible for shipping charges when returning an item back to us. Clearance items are not included in this return policy and are non-refundable.
You must first email sales@fashionheaven.com for a return to vendor number (RTV) before any returns will be accepted. Items returned will not be accepted if they have been used, scratched, torn, stretched or damaged from its original condition.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check their merchandise when it is received for defect or damage. All defects must be reported us via-email within three days from the date your receive the shipment. We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the three-day period is over.
