On therealreal.com, we ship all orders to a United States address via FedEx Ground, Express or Overnight. Added $5 fee for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via DHL Express. We ship to over 60 countries.We cannot deliver to P.O. Return
To return apparel (except swimwear), shoes, belts, fine jewelry or watches you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 14 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 21 days of the shipment date. To request an RMA number, go to My Purchases in My Account, and simply click “Request RMA” on the right side of the page. on Therealreal, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus another 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card statement. We’ll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.
